Annual Events

The Crush

When your grapes arrive at the winery, you can invite your friends and family over to enjoy in the hands-on experience of sorting through grapes and watching your grapes being crushed.

Once the work is done - why not relax and enjoy a glass of wine or two?

The Press

About two week's after crush, most red grapes have fermented and are ready to be pressed in order to separate what is now wine from the grapes and grape skins. Vintners Own invites your to watch and participate in this interesting process.

Barrel Tasting

Invite your friends and family over to Vintners Own every few months to taste your wine as it matures. If you wish, our winemaker can join you and your group in discussing your wine and the winemaking process.

Wine Tasting Events

Members of Vintners Own have a passion for good wine. We have wine tasting events throughout the year to get members to know each other and have the possibility to taste and compare their experiences and their wine. Our Master Vintner or our local winemaker will be on hand to host these wine tasting events.

Bottling

After aging in barrel your wine will be ready for bottling. Once your selection of bottle, cork, label and cap arrive the process can begin. Bottling is often a joyous affair and we encorage you to invite plenty to partake in the fun!

Gala Dinner

A Gala Dinner will be held each December at Vintners Own each year. With your friends and family experience the fun of a great dinner, great wines and a common bond with other Vintners Own winemakers. A celebrity from the winemaking world has been known to make a surprise appearance now and then...
