Napa Valley - St Helena

Hamilton and Ron Nicholsen Vineyards

Hamilton and Ron Nicholsen Vineyards reflect the unique character of the soils and localized climate which has made St Helena one of the most acclaimed appellations in the world for Bordeaux varieties.

This viticultural treasure centered between the Mayacamas Mountains and the Vaca Mountain range is perfectly suited to produce ultra premium grapes. Farmed for over ten years this vineyard is low yielding because of the pruning and the lack of irrigation. Dry farming is an old practice that produces quality not quantity. The practice brings the best out of varietal, and appellation . Rich and intense flavors are the reward for low yields from this vineyard. Pride, Worthy and Poem Cellars are a few of the great Napa Valley wineries to use these grapes. Surrounding vineyards are Raymond’s Generation Vineyard, Caymus Specal Select, Honig’s Bartolucci Vineyard, and Layird family estate.
